Our approach

The product is not the starting point. The emission source is.

We start from the workstation, the pollutant and the operator’s movements to select the most relevant equipment — standard when it is enough, custom when it is needed.

01

Understand the emission

Dust, fumes, oil mist or VOCs: nature, location, frequency and behaviour of the pollutant.

02

Choose the capture method

Table, wall, hood, ring, booth, arm or custom hood: the capture geometry is adapted to the process.

03

Select the equipment

Airflow, filtration, materials, options, ATEX and operating constraints are built into the selection.

04

Supply without complicating

You receive equipment consistent with your application, together with the data needed to integrate it.

Our solutions

From standard to custom.

A range designed to handle workstation capture, filtration and extraction without turning every need into a complex project.

01 · WORKSTATION CAPTURE

Downdraft tables

Capture built into the work surface for sanding, grinding, preparation, handling or dosing operations.

02 · LARGE SURFACES

Extraction booths

Front or semi-enclosed capture to treat an open workstation, a preparation area or an operation generating a diffuse volume of pollutant.

03 · TRANSFER

Pouyès rings

Peripheral capture as close as possible to the emission zone for filling, emptying, weighing or powder transfer operations.

04 · CUSTOM-MADE

Custom capture hoods

Covers, backboards, hoods, nozzles, enclosures and devices designed around your machine or the actual emission zone.

05 · AIR TREATMENT

Dust collection & filtration

Dust collectors, filter units and filter boxes selected according to the pollutant, airflow, filtration level and operating constraints.

06 · EXTRACTION

Fans & accessories

Industrial fans, boxes and accessories selected from the equipment characteristics and your application.

Custom hoods

Standard when it is enough.
Custom when it is needed.

Performance does not come from the fan alone. The shape of the hood, its distance from the source and the direction of the airflow can completely change the result.

Machine covers, custom hoods, backboards, rings, capture on hoppers, weighing stations, drums, grinders or special processes: we can adapt the hood to the application.

Technology choice

The pollutant drives the solution.

Select a pollutant family to see the typically associated equipment. The actual study is still based on your process.

Solution 01 · Dust collection

Industrial dust

Sanding, grinding, mixing, dosing, crushing, powder handling or material transfer: the priority is capture as close as possible to the source and filtration suited to dust.

01

Equipment supply

You buy the right solution without imposing a full-scale project when you do not need one.

02

Free integration

Your maintenance team, installer or integrator keeps control of the installation.

03

Technical support

We provide the information needed to connect and integrate the equipment.

Your application

You have the process. We find the equipment.

A photo, a few dimensions and the nature of the pollutant are often enough to start the study and point you to a standard or custom solution.
