Attachments
Files attached to forms (photos, nameplates or documents) are sent by email to the relevant teams and then deleted from the website server after sending.

Only the CAPTAIR & DIMAVENT sales and technical teams handling your request and, where necessary, our technical service providers may receive data needed for their role.

Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, allowing personal data to flow from the European Economic Area without a specific additional transfer safeguard. The website is intended to operate over HTTPS. Forms include anti-abuse controls and access to the administration area is restricted. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks in order to protect data.
