DIMAVENT
The acquisition of DIMAVENT in 1997 broadened the scope of activity and brought together complementary skills in air handling, ventilation and air treatment.

In 2004, the two companies merged under a common name — a new step bringing together their experience, technical culture and knowledge of industrial sites.
